Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Shipping Times Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 10–20 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–25 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods such as holidays.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $60: Standard shipping rate calculated at checkout
- Orders $60 and above: Free standard shipping
Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days or your package appears lost, please contact us at support@pronomerasports.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Pronomera Sports is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error contact us immediately at support@pronomerasports.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
